Shark! Celebrity Infested Waters: Dive into Reality TV with Stars and Sharks!

ITV has confirmed the air date for its new reality series, "Shark! Celebrity Infested Waters," set to premiere at 9 PM on Monday, July 14th on ITV1. The series will also be available as a full box set on ITVX the same day. Coinciding with the 50th anniversary of Steven Spielberg's iconic film "Jaws," which first hit theaters on June 20, 1975, the show features seven celebrities, including Helen George, Lucy Punch, Sir Lenny Henry, Ross Noble, Rachel Riley, Ade Adepitan, and Dougie Poynter.

Filmed on the island of Bimini in the Bahamas, the series will challenge the stars to dive with various breeds of sharks, increasing in size and danger throughout the episodes. The synopsis promises that the celebrities will gain a new appreciation for sharks and their vital role in the ecosystem, highlighting the importance of these creatures in our world.
