Britain's largest delivery company just so happens to be the worst. Consistently ranking at the bottom of the delivery company league table for every single year.

Funny how a rebrand from the equally despised Hermes to Evri didn't turn things around. And the company has somehow got even worse. The customer service is still awful, while drivers can be untrustworthy and even steal your hard earned goods.

So why is Evri (and Hermes) so bad, and why has it always been like this...
