eBay sellers Scamming OZZY fans. @ozzyosbourne #scam #ozzyosbourne

Yesterday I received a Black Sabbath box set with a tracking number provided. The cost was over $175. Once I picked up the box I immediately knew something was wrong. There were not 8 records and a box set in the box. The box felt extremely light and I knew I had to document with my camera the unboxing. I opened the box (which was completely sealed) and what I received was a pile of foam with a tracking number. Due to the fact the seller provided a tracking number to an empty box. Now comes the battle with EBay to try and recover my money. I will tell you this has happened to me twice already. If the seller provides a tracking number. EBay pretty much washes their hands. They will find in favor of the seller who they get a percentage from. So now it is all In PayPals hands. I hope I do not become another victim of this fraud. It took me 3 months to recover my money last time. I provided video, photos, security camera footage. The seller provided a tracking number and I guess that’s good enough for EBay. Thank God for Paypay. Fighting for the honest hard working consumer. EBay made me feel like I was guilty of something. I did nothing wrong and have been a loyal buyer and seller on eBay for well over 20+ years with 100% feedback. They need to get some real people in the office to communicate with people (PayPal has “Live” customer service 24/7) with eBay after 5 you are talking to a robot and breaking down with your box of nothing with a tracking number.
