Another Common eBay Scam

This video explains SUBSTITUTION and HARVESTING by unscrupulous buyers. With substitution the buyer replaces items with cheap copies or their own broken originals. With harvesting, the buyer just removes parts and then either complains they were missing, or falsely claims the item was not as described and returns it without the parts he wanted. Examples relate to Lionel Toy Trains, but this scam is common to all types of products.
