This song was written by Carole King and Gerry Goffin, released in 1960, but has famously been covered by incredible artists like Carole King, Roberta Flack, Bette Midler, Dionne Warwick, Willie Nelson, Amy Winehouse and many more. I think this song has survived throughout the years because it is just so beautiful, and I loved singing this one. So many incredible interpretations, so no pressure lol! After finding her fame as Britain’s Got Talent’s first child star, Connie Talbot has continued to find success, primarily in Asia. Now 11 years on Connie has signed to a new label, but during that time Lorraine reveals her incredible show of generosity. After a horrific ferry incident that affected some of her South Korean fans, Connie donated all the royalties and income from her concert in the region to the cause.
