here are five top things to remember.
One...
...If someone collapses and isn't breathing,
first call 999, and then shout for help.
Two...
... Clasp your hands together like this.
Three...
... begin hands-only CPR, pressing hard to the beat of 500 miles in the centre of the persons chest.
Four...
... Keep going until the ambulance arrives.
and five...
... Remember, don't delay in starting CPR
because any CPR is better than no CPR.
