Unveiled Wednesday night during a livestream on X, the new version of Musk’s chatbot claims to outperform PhD-level knowledge in every subject, “no exceptions.”

The launch comes just hours after X CEO Linda Yaccarino stepped down and days after the bot sparked backlash for antisemitic posts.

A 36-year-old man has been remanded in custody over an alleged plot to kidnap and murder This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby.

Gavin Plumb is charged with soliciting a man to commit murder, and incitement to commit kidnap this week. ITV bosses were alerted to the alleged plot yesterday and the star is now under police protection at her home.
