your letter box means your open to contract , whether you want to or not.. a PO Box has no landbound anything so no contract is possible

Postcode is military jurisdiction as are all hospitals .

When they dont have a NAME name to act upon they address it as Occupier which is a military combatant term,

FIND OUT IF THE COMPANY IS A PRIVATE COMPANY OR PUBLIC COMPANY. IF THEY HAVE SHAREHOLDERS AND STOCKS THEY ARE A PUBLIC COMPANY.
POST OFFICE RULES: YOU CANNOT USE PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL IF YOU ARE A PUBLIC COMPANY.

2. P.O BOX IS A NON CONTRACT VENUE. IF A COMPANY TRIES TO CONTRACT WITH YOU WITHOUT A PHYSICAL ADRESS THEN THIS IS BREAKING POST OFFICE RULES AND IS FRAUD 2006 FRAUD ACT SEC 2 (1) AND SECT 11
ALSO VIOLATING FEDERAL LAW BEACUSE OF THE USE OF THE POSTAL SERVICE.

3 MAKE SURE YOU AND TELL EVERYBODY TO REPORT THIS TO THE FRUAD UNIT... 03001232040

IF NOBODY IS REPORTING THIS THEN NOTHING WILL BE DONE.

also make sure you contact the post office and tell them and ask for clarity to cover your own ass before reporting it to the police.

it depends, the law is not as straight forward as it seems on this, they can use a po box address, as long as their full address is registered on companies house.

We're talking about debt collectors sending letter and using a PO BOX for a reply.. PO BOXES are NON CONTRACTING VENUES and should be dealt with as mail fraud...

There should always be a registered business address at the bottom of a letter.
Mail it to there.
Failing that and what I would do, is go to companies house. Find the CEO/MD of the company and get their name and address and mail all correspondence to them instead.
The message hits harder when you hit the man/woman at the top.
