The Princess of Wales donned a pale pink outfit from the 2024 collection, inspired by an original created by Christian Dior himself in 1947.

Although this was Kate’s Dior debut, the label has long been a royal favourite.

Princess Margaret became the first to sport the label at her 21st birthday party, Princess Diana famously wore Dior at the 1996 Met Gala, and Meghan Markle regularly dons the brand as well.

At the French state visit, Kate wore a matching Jess Collett hat, a pearl necklace from Queen Elizabeth II’s collection and earrings that belonged to Princess Diana.
