Emma Bunton talks Bossy Geri Halliwell

Geri was very determined after her father passed to be famous. She imposed her hard work ethic on the girls which took to great heights of success. Emma was the youngest and still a teenager when joining the band. Although the youngest Emma has always stood her ground; the boss persona she cleverly shields from the public. Geri felt that she lost control because all of the girls were starting to speak out.
