Back In The World Again THE NOLANS (aka The Nolan Sisters)
NON HIT RADIO...BLASTS FROM THE PAST!
EVERY SONG A NON HIT!
SONG #0015
Title: Back In The World Again
Artists: THE NOLANS (aka The Nolan Sisters)
Format: LP
Label: Everest/Eastworld WTP 90109
Year: 1981
Composer: Greenaway, McCourt
Footnote:
First released on single by Bristolian female trio known as Sweet Substitute back in 1979. The Nolans version finally found its way on their Harmony album in 1981 and also became a bonus track on the reissued GT Hits CD. The Harmony album on Everest contained lots of credit errors. They credited all songs written by Cook and Greenaway! I recall watching a performance of Sweet Substitute in the late 90s at Bristol's Hippodrome theatre (CLIC charity event) in which Roger Cook and Madeline Bell also made appearances.
Something different for a change.
Instead of hearing the same hits over and over again, I have dug out 3 thousand related songs to Roger Cook and Roger Greenaway. All are NON HITS!
I will be playing one song a day. It looks like I'll be finished in around 9 years time!
All songs are somehow related to Cook & Greenaway. Written, Produced, Performed, Back vocal, Record label, Publishing. ENJOY!
